夏青,同济大学管理学博士,硕士生导师。主要研究方向:组织行为与人力资源管理,聚焦职业心理与行为,如知识行为、工作激情、领导力等;研究成果1次获得Emerald杰出成果奖,2篇入选ESI前1%高被引论文。
