四川乐山人,副教授,博士,硕士生导师,现任工商管理系副主任,研究方向为战略人力资源管理与组织行为。主持湖南省自科基金、湖南省教育厅优秀青年项目、湖南省社科成果评审委员会项目;参与多项国家自然科学基金项目研究。在《The International Journal of Human Resource Management》、《Technological Forecasting and Social Change》、《Journal of Managerial Psychology》、《Journal of Manufacturing Technology Management》、《The International Journal of Logistics Management》、《Gender in Management》、《Personality and Individual Differences》、《管理学报》、《中国人力资源开发》、《软科学》等国内外SSCI、CSSCI期刊上发表二十余篇。
